Ichapore Swapnapuran Society is a non profit organisation - which started with a vision, who started this society, who work with us to bring change at the grassroots level, who support our work and most importantly, all those we serve in the field through our work, responsible individuals who are eager to bring about change in the society around them, are the backbone of Ichapore Swapnapuron Society.
OUR BOARD OF DIRECTOR
Mr. Sandip Pramanik
Mr. Sandip Pramanik, a graphic designer and alumnus of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Salt Lake, is an expert in strategic management and organization building.
In 2009, Mr. Pramanik joined hands with like-minded people to found the Ichapore Swapnapuron Society. Since its inception, he has led the scaling of the organization, helping it transform from an idea into a well-known social enterprise.
Mr. Bejon Mondal
Mr. Bijan Mandal is a retired government employee, who has skillfully completed various school's office work through dedicated practice for over 35 years. Beyond his work, Mr. Mandal is deeply driven by a sense of duty to society. He has quietly contributed to causes close to his heart, both in his professional field and in larger community initiatives.His unwavering belief in giving back is evidenced by his long-standing association with the Ichapore Swapnapuron Society, with which he has been involved since its inception.
Mrs. Beauty Mondal
A social worker, housewife, Mrs. Beauty Mandal is an expert in entrepreneurship development. As an investor and philanthropist, she has multifaceted experience in various fields in Hooghly.
She has been involved in various social work and social change through education, healthcare, and various initiatives for the past decade.
Mrs. Tapati Mondal
A housewife, social service is an addiction. A strong supporter of social interests, she is a founding member of Ichapur Swapnapuran Society since 2009.
Mrs. Dipali Pramanick
In our society, we are fortunate to have an esteemed elder member who embodies the spirit of dedication and service. As a devoted housewife, she seamlessly balances her family responsibilities with her impactful work as a social worker. Since the inception of our society, she has been a steadfast pillar of support, tirelessly advocating for the needs of our community. Her commitment to serving others has inspired many, and her compassionate nature shines through in all her endeavors. We are truly grateful for her unwavering contributions, which continue to enrich the lives of those around her.
